The year 2007, with more than 2,000 events held, was a complete success for the CCD Congress Center Duesseldorf. In addition to numerous international conferences, such as the EuroNanoForum and the 31st UEFA Congress, the CCD Congress Center Duesseldorf was also the staging area for the BAMBI German Media Awards 2007.

For the present year, the Congress Center programme again includes many top-quality national and international events. For example, the Professional Development Congress of the Federal Academy of Gynaecologists and Obstetricians is expected to attract a minimum of 2,000 visitors. “AAD 2008”, the leading Conference of Ophthalmologists, is scheduled for March. About 4,500 participants are expected. The economic conference “Tag der Wirtschaft” will again welcome its 2,000 guests at the CCD Congress Center Duesseldorf in May 2008.

A major international event, the “European Congress on Anti-Aging & Aesthetic Medicine” will be held from 11 to 14 September 2008. And only a few days later, the CCD Congress Center Duesseldorf is host to the 41st Annual Congress of the German Society for Transfusion Medicine and Immunohaematology. In autumn 2008, the CCD Congress Center Duesseldorf expects also 1,200 visitors to the Street and Road Traffic Congress and the steel industry event “STAHL 2008”.

Two international events are already scheduled at the CCD Congress Center Duesseldorf for 2009, i.e. the “15th International Congress on Photobiology” in June and the international Congress on Multiple Sclerosis Research “ECTRIMS 2009” in September.

In addition to many economic congresses, numerous companies have also booked the CCD Congress Center Duesseldorf in the months to come for their events. Some of these companies are Arcandor, Henkel, Metro, Trinkaus & Burkhardt as well as Deutsche Bank.
