Messe Duesseldorf treats its visitors to the best service offered by any German trade fair company. This is the conclusion reached by the highly respected business magazine “impulse” in the issue that hits stands on Thursday. The test editors commented that the metropolis on the Rhine scored points above all for its reasonable food prices and top-notch service facilities.
“Over the past 18 months, we have invested a lot of energy in further honing our service,” said a delighted Werner Matthias Dornscheidt, President and CEO of Messe Duesseldorf. “We have worked tirelessly to introduce numerous concepts and offers in an effort to systematically boost the quality of visitors’ experience at the fairgrounds.” He added that getting visitors and exhibitors to feel at home in Duesseldorf is a solid foundation for successful trade-fair business. Following two wins as head of the Leipzig Trade Fair, Dornscheidt has now brought the coveted title to Duesseldorf for the first time.
Messe Duesseldorf’s strategic focus on service is starting to bear fruit. The mantra of the Duesseldorf trade fair pros is “Service means putting customers first”. In the state capital of North Rhine-Westphalia, the formula reads: customer satisfaction = calibre of contacts and discussions + quality of environment. In the pursuit of customer satisfaction, Messe Duesseldorf has come up with all-in travel packages, wellness lounges, cocktail bars with live entertainment that serve as meeting points for business partners as well as a comprehensive range of Internet offerings, spanning interactive hall plans, electronic exhibitor databases and worldwide online ticket sales – and that’s just for starters!
Messe Duesseldorf does not plan to rest on its laurels, either. “There will be no slacking of our efforts to put creative ideas into action so that our clients feel even more at ease in our exhibition halls,” remarked Dornscheidt.
