This June, Messe Duesseldorf is optimising its services for exhibitors and stand construction companies with a new portal. The portal gives companies planning and implementing exhibition stands for exhibitors at the Duesseldorf Trade Fair Center all the up-to-the-minute information they need in a condensed, easy-to-navigate format.
“This pooling of information within one portal serves to cut down research time and effort for our customers substantially,” explains Wilfried E. Moog, managing director responsible for the technology sector at Messe Duesseldorf GmbH. “It means that Messe Duesseldorf probably has the most user-friendly Web presence in this entire field.”
Alongside general services, guidelines and offerings which are identical for all fairs, each of the upcoming events is presented separately. Says Moog: “We have clearly divided the information for each fair into ‘Specifics/Alterations’, ‘Stand Sketch’, ‘PDF Hall Plans’, ‘Important Deadlines’, ‘Contact Persons’ and ‘Traffic Regulations’.”
This way, stand construction companies can, for instance, quickly and conveniently ascertain the location of their stand in any given hall and identify their neighbours, thus facilitating agreements regarding stand height or other relevant questions at any time.
The new stand construction portal provides up-to-the-minute information and services. “All it takes is a few clicks, and a company is instantly up to speed on all relevant matters,” says Moog. “A message, for example, about the possibility of starting construction ahead of schedule can be of key importance for a stand construction company.”
