Brno: The gate to Central and Eastern Europe.

The Central European Exhibition Center in Brno is the hub between Western and Southeast European markets, and takes on a key position in the opening of the Central and Eastern European economic region. Roughly 100 million people live in the new member states in the east and southeastern EU.

Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Hungary collectively generate approximately US$1,000 billion of gross domestic product. The Messe Düsseldorf subsidiary, Veletrhy Brno, holds a 30 % share of the CEEC trade fair market. It offers trade and public fairs at the Brno location in the areas of engineering, manufacturing and consumer goods. Such as the largest mechanical engineering trade fair in the CEEC economic region, the MSV International Engineering Fair, or SHK Sanitary Heating Air Conditioning.
