Low Emission Zone – If your hotel is located in the city...
From February 2009 new environmental regulations are valid for the city centre of Düsseldorf. Only vehicles which a valid emission sticker (green or yellow) can enter the inner zone of the city.

If you drive into the zone without a sticker you could be subject to a E 40 fine and also registration of the traffic misdemeanour.
The exhibition site itself, the car parks and the signed main routes leading to these are not in the low emission zone.
