The goal’s been reached: Messe Düsseldorf has received the UFI award as best company in terms of innovation and service in exhibition logistics. A well-thought-out logistics and traffic routing system is in place, reducing HGV movements in Düsseldorf to a minimum – and thus also any resulting environmental impact. Moreover, we seek to ensure a steady flow of traffic with minimum emissions for our visitors and workforce.
Excellent public transport connections: The Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre has its own railway station and several bus stops, connecting it to the public transport network.
Simple to use: All entrance tickets to the exhibition centre include public transport tickets, thus helping to ensure an environment-friendly journey.
Growing electric mobility: Our workforce have a pool of currently 5 electric vehicles for business trips within Düsseldorf, as well as one hybrid vehicle for trips beyond a 50-kilometre (30-mile) radius.
We welcome electric vehicles: The Caravan Centre at Messe Düsseldorf has had a public charging point for electric vehicles since September 2017.
