The EuroSkills Competitions

The European Skills Championships have been held every two years since 2008. The last
EuroSkills competitions were held in Graz, Austria, in September 2021. Around 400 participants from 22 European countries competed for the medals. In 38 official and ten presentation disciplines, they demonstrated the skills they had acquired during their training with great skill, concentration and ambition on a competition area of 70,000 square metres. About 22,000 enthusiastic visitors came to watch the competitions.
WorldSkills Europe was founded in 2006 as a non-profit organisation based in the Netherlands to provide a framework for the competitions and to carry out the tasks. Currently, 31 nations from Europe are members of WorldSkills Europe. Here, the geographically defined Europe forms the frame of reference.
