We enjoy making an impact. Just not the impact of our ecological footprint. As a company that operates both nationally and internationally, we are aware of the effects of our entrepreneurial activities. And this is one reason why a responsible attitude to the environment has long been part of our everyday life. With this we are also making a contribution to a “Climate-Neutral Düsseldorf 2035”. However, we are not stopping short at this. Our commitment goes further than our exhibition centre and its immediate environment, reaching into the entire world. Our national and international trade fairs are platforms for innovative products that open up a totally new idea of the future.
Save water, avoid waste – every single one of us contributes to this goal. And, as a trade fair company, we put everything we can as organisers in order to reach a positive eco-balance. In 2014, for example, we were among the first to run our exhibition centre under a strategic energy management system (EnMS) that follows the international standard ISO 50001. We are creating a basis for local and global success through sustainable management, great industry expertise, as well as the continuous improvement of our premises, services and the quality of our events. Moreover, we are doing so for a world which our great-grandchildren will be pleased to live in.
